tantric Breath workshops

Call it Tantric, Ecstatic, or Shamanic, our breath workshops are a powerful concoction. We know that breath is a powerful tool for expansion and liberation, and we use it as such. Breath is what connects us to the dimension of matter, as we are constantly in motion, and when we are no longer in motion, we are no longer of matter. With that, we know that the way we breathe can change how we exist in our reality. We take that knowing into each workshop, mixed with the frequency of sound and the nurturing touch of Reiki, and the shift you feel is palpable, often deeply emotional, and sometimes ecstatic in nature. It is also a great way to strengthen bonds amongst family, between friends, and boost morale in the workplace. And yes, sometimes we may play some Slayer in there 😉
