Reiki 1 Certification Class with Ocoa

The first level of Reiki is all about a journey with the self. Come join us for an incredible in-person experience as Ocoa Okosha guides you through the journey of Reiki Level 1, otherwise known as self-Reiki or Shodun. Feel the energy and learn the art of Reiki healing in the beautiful Eagle room at Hanai center. Whether you're brand new to Reiki or looking to deepen your practice, this class will empower you not only to become more aware of energy, but to learn to channel it intentionally to connect with yourself on a deeper level. We all have the power to heal ourselves, and to lead amazing lives, and Reiki is one tool that we can use to help us truly tap into our fullest potential in every way.

In our initial class on May 10th, we will go over everything you need to know about Reiki as a hands-on healing modality and a spiritual philosophy. This includes guidance through your first self-session and initiation into the Reiki lineage with a Reiki Attunement performed by Ocoa. There will also be snacks. You will then go on a two week Self-Reiki journey, facilitating your own self-Reiki everyday for 14 days, followed by the closing and certification ceremony on Saturday, May 24th where everyone will have the chance to share their experiences, ask questions, and then we will perform the last Reiki session of the journey together as Ocoa gives each person one final Attunement. The certifications will then be awarded and you will be initiated into the Reiki lineage. 🙂

About the facilitator

A bit of a mystic at heart, Ocoa has always been fascinated with all things sacred, spiritual, and mystical. Certified in Reiki, Yoga, and Oracle Reading, she has devoted most of her adult life to this journey of self-love, self discovery, and spiritual connection. In her life, teachings, and practices, she is dedicated to helping the human race experience what we are truly capable of through authenticity and a connection to the infinite.
