In this class, you will be initiated into the Reiki lineage of Komyo Reiki Kai. Reiki I is all about Self-Reiki, learning to facilitate Reiki just for you. You will receive (2) Reiki Attunements, or energetic initiations into the Reiki energy. You will also receive your own copy of Ocoa's Reiki I manual. We will meet for a six-hour class, covering the manual in-depth and discussing all the ins-and-outs of Reiki I, you will recieve an attunement, and one-on-one guidance through your first self-Reiki session. We will take time to answer any questions you may have.

You will then be guided through 21 days of self practice, practicing Reiki every day for the duration of 21 days, with weekly check-ins and support from Ocoa along the way. This is a powerful part of the Reiki journey that will help you to experience the true potency of Reiki from within. During this process you will be diving deep into your body, mind, and energy in ways that you may or may not have experienced thus far.

After finishing the 21 days of practice, we will meet once again for a final attunement and closing ceremony, where you will officially receive a Reiki I certification!
